Diodes launches ultra-low static wide input voltage LDO, which can meet the requirements of 12V and 24V automotive systems
The static current of AP7387Q is only 2 µ A, which is lower than many competitive products. For systems that are permanently connected to batteries, this device is crucial to extend operating time. In addition, this device has a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz, optimized for noise sensitive functions. LDO can also respond to rapid changes in input voltage or load current, exhibiting fast line/load transient response.
Due to its wide input voltage, AP7387Q can meet the load drop specifications of 12V internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles such as automobiles, as well as 24V internal combustion engine vehicles such as buses, long-distance passenger transport, and trucks.
Diodes' AP7387QLDO complies with the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 specification, is manufactured by an IATF 16949 certified facility, and supports PPAP documentation. AP7387Q-XXY-13 is packaged in SOT89, while AP7387Q-XXFDCW-7 is packaged in U-DFN2020-6 (SWP) (UXC type).
