Ames Osram launched intelligent multi pixel EVIYOS 2.0 LED, which is suitable for high-precision adaptive headlights and ushers in a new era of road lighting
• EVIYOS ® 2.0 has high-resolution, fully anti glare intelligent high beam function, which automatically reduces glare in high beam mode;
• EVIYOS ® 2.0 Project images and safety warnings on the road surface to convey road condition information to drivers and personnel around the vehicle;
• EVIYOS ® 2.0 is the first integrated pixelated LED, which includes 25600 independently controllable light emitting chips;
After 10 years of concentrated research and development, EVIYOS ® 2.0 will be put into mass production this month;
Marilli's newly launched h-Digi ® The microLED module adopts EVIYOS ® 2.0 Technology.
Ames Osram (SIX Swiss Exchange stock code: AMS), the world's leading optical solution supplier, today announced that it has launched the epoch-making innovative product EVIYOS in the field of automotive headlights ® 2.0. This intelligent multi pixel LED can achieve fully adaptive dynamic control of the headlights and image projection.
EVIYOS ® 2.0 can more accurately illuminate the road ahead, maximizing the driver's field of view in high beam mode while avoiding glare to other road users. This product is equipped with 25600 individually controllable luminous chips with a pixel spacing of 40 µ m. It can project high-resolution images onto the road surface, display warning signs to drivers or other road users, or guide drivers to bypass obstacles.

EVIYOS ® The application of 2.0 will greatly improve road safety, allowing drivers to respond more promptly to potential risks that were previously difficult or impossible to detect. A broader road view will optimize the driver's nighttime driving experience, making it more enjoyable and safe.
The current design of car safety functions aims to ensure the safety of drivers and passengers inside the car, while EVIYOS ® 2.0 further enhances security. By projecting images onto nighttime road surfaces, cars can transmit information to drivers and people around them in innovative ways. For example, using EVIYOS ® The 2.0 headlights can project snowflake signs onto the road surface, warning drivers of icy or slippery road conditions, enhancing their hazard awareness, and reducing accident risks.
Newly launched EVIYOS ® 2.0 is the engineering crystallization of the research and development of Ames Osram for ten years, and has been produced in batches.
Wolfgang Lex, Senior Vice President of Ames Osram Automotive Division, said: "High resolution adaptive headlights will become a significant differentiation mark among the world's top brand vehicles." (EVIYOS ® 2.0 technology is the key to achieving the most precise and controllable headlight system, and is also an important innovation pioneer in the automotive industry

Integrated pixelated architecture can provide more uniform optical output
EVIYOS ® The 2.0 design draws on many innovations of Ames Osram in chip design and manufacturing. This product consists of an integrated pixelated µ - LED chip matrix containing 25600 pixels, achieving higher brightness and color uniformity on the product.
EVIYOS ® The 2.0 product contains numerous micron level luminescent chips and control drivers, each of which can be independently driven, achieving complete precision control of 25600 pixel luminescent chips. In the anti glare intelligent high beam system, high pixel EVIYOS ® The 2.0 lens system is installed inside the headlights and combined with an intelligent car camera in front of the car to observe the road conditions ahead. This enables the intelligent high beam system to control the switch of each light-emitting chip in real time, avoid glare to other road users, and at the same time maximize the driver's road vision. Based on real-time and precise control of the luminous chip, the headlights can also provide good lighting effects during curved road conditions, thereby improving the driver's field of view during curved road conditions.
EVIYOS ® 2.0 is a car grade product with high luminous flux, high light efficiency, and energy consumption. When EVIYOS ® During 2.0 operation, the driver's field of view is greatly improved, while the remaining unnecessary light emitting chips are turned off, saving energy consumption.
EVIYOS ® The 2.0 product has a compact luminous surface size of only 40mm ², Suitable for various types of headlight assemblies. At the same time, the product also offers two product options: 1:4 (25600 pixels) or 1:3 (19200 pixels).
