China Insurance Research released the latest research results on zero to zero ratio of cars: Audi Q7 has 82000 headlights per unit

On March 17th, China Insurance Research Institute of Automotive Technology (hereinafter referred to as "China Insurance Research") released the 15th research results on zero to integer ratio system indicators for automobiles, with data collection date being December 31, 2022.

The results of the 15th study show that both the "Automobile Zero to 100 Index" and the "Common Parts Burden 100 Index" have slightly increased. Among them, the "Automobile Zero to 100 Index" is 365.38%, an increase of 3.53 percentage points compared to the previous period; The "100 Index of Common Parts Burden" was 18.47, an increase of 0.26 compared to the previous period and 1.43% year-on-year.

The model with the highest commonly used accessory burden index in this issue is the Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO), while the model with the lowest commonly used accessory burden index is the BYD7009BEV1. Compared with the previous period, the burden index of commonly used parts for Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO) increased from 32.98 to 37.60, an increase of 14.01%.

The top three brands with the highest average burden index of commonly used accessories in this period are Audi (imported) (37.60), Beijing Benz (27.03), and FAW Audi (26.36).

The average zero to integer ratio coefficient and average accessory prices of the 18 commonly used accessories in this period have slightly increased compared to the previous period.

Among them, the models with the highest single piece zero to integer ratio coefficient for front headlights (left) are: FAW Audi A6L (FV7201BAQCG), Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO), FAW Audi Q5L (FV6481LAQDG), FAW Audi A4L (FV7203BADBG), and FAW Audi Q3 (FV7205LCQCB).

The models with the highest single piece zero to integer ratio coefficient for the front bumper are: FAW Audi A4L (FV7203BADBG), Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO), Brilliance BMW 3 Series (BMW 7200FG), Beijing Benz C-Class (BJ7154LL), and SAIC General Motors Cadillac XT5 (SGM6480NBA6).

The models with the highest single piece zero to integer ratio coefficient of the rear bumper are: FAW Audi A4L (FV7203BADBG), Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO), Beijing Mercedes A-Class (BJ7138LL), Brilliance BMW 3 Series (BMW 7200FG), and Beijing Mercedes C-Class (BJ7154LL).

Compared with the previous period, the models with high and significant price increases for single parts of front headlights (left), front bumper, and rear bumper in this period are all 2021 Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO). Among them, the price of front headlights (left) accessories has increased from 65571 yuan in the previous period to 82512 yuan in this period, an increase of 25.84%.

The average paint labor burden index for the 100 sample models in this issue is 446.43.

Among them, the models with the highest paint labor burden index are: Mercedes Benz GLE Class (imported) (BENZ GLE450), Beijing Mercedes C Class (BJ7154LL), Beijing Mercedes E Class (BJ7205HX), Beijing Mercedes GLC Class (BJ6486MAL), and Beijing Mercedes A Class (BJ7138LL).

The average consumer maintenance burden index for the 96 fuel powered vehicle samples in this issue is 15.90.

Among them, the models with the highest maintenance burden index are Mercedes Benz GLE (imported) (BENZ GLE450), Brilliance BMW 5 Series (BMW 7201NN), BMW 7 Series (imported) (BMW 730Li), Audi Q7 (imported) (AUDI Q7 45TFSI QUATTRO), and Brilliance BMW X3 (BMW 6475QX).

The research results of the new energy vehicle sample models show that the average zero integer coefficient of the power battery pack for the 40 new energy vehicle sample models in this issue is 50.37%.

Among them, the model with the highest single piece zero integer ratio coefficient of the ternary lithium battery pack is the BAIC New Energy EU series Yichao Edition (BJ7000C5FBEV), and the lowest model is the FAW Hongqi E-HS9 (CA6520H0EVXA);

The model with the highest single piece zero integer ratio coefficient for the lithium iron phosphate battery power pack is the Great Wall Euler Haomao (CC7000BJ01CBEV), and the lowest model is the BYD Tang (BYD6490SBEV4).

The average unit energy price of the power battery pack for the 40 new energy sample models in this issue is 1636.17 yuan/kWh.

Among them, the model with the highest unit energy price for ternary lithium batteries is the GAC Toyota C-HR EV (GTM7000XBEV), and the lowest model is the BYD Yuan (BYD7003BEV4); The model with the highest unit energy price for lithium iron phosphate batteries is the Dongfeng Fengshen E70 (DFM7000G1F9BEV), and the lowest model is the BYD Tang (BYD6490SBEV4).
