Diodes introduces intelligent high side switch to ensure the reliability of vehicle system

       ZXMS81045SPQ has an N-type field effect transistor (FET) with a rated voltage of 41V. Its on-board circuit can provide short circuit protection, handle surge current and prevent overvoltage such as load sudden drop. ZXMS81045SPQ also has overheating protection with automatic restart function and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. In addition, with some external components, it can also provide ground failure and reverse polarity protection.

       The dedicated current sensing (IS) pin can accurately monitor the analog current output and provide fault indication for battery short circuit, ground short circuit and open circuit load detection.

       ZXMS81045SPQ provides an efficient, reliable and small size alternative to relays, fuses and discrete circuits. If the customer needs to improve the product supply, this product can also compare with the existing power switch device in terms of appearance, applicability and functionality.

       ZXMS81045SPQ conforms to AEC-Q100 grade specification, is PPAP approved, and is manufactured by IATF 16949 certified facilities. This product is supplied in SO-8EP package.
