Diodes introduces a 60V rated synchronous step-down converter to improve the efficiency of automotive load point product applications
These devices provide efficient buck switching in vehicle powertrain, telematics, infotainment, and lighting systems through their integrated power MOSFETs.
The low quiescent current (IQ) of AP66200Q and AP66300Q is 40 μ A. Meet the requirements related to many automotive product applications
Both devices have adjustable frequency switching capabilities (up to 2.5 MHz) and can be synchronized to avoid beat frequency issues. Engineers can flexibly choose between efficient operation or smaller system designs. Its low on resistance (RDS (ON) value and enhanced efficiency mode significantly reduce internal power consumption. The soft start pin is programmable to reduce inrush current and can be used to track multiple output voltages.
Both AP66200Q and AP66300Q comply with the AEC-Q100 Grade 1 specification, are manufactured by IATF 16949 certified facilities, and support PPAP documentation. The AP66200Q and AP66300Q are packaged in a compact 16 pin U-QFN4040-16/SWP (UXB type) package.
