Guoju Launches High Precision Thin Film Resistors with High Voltage, Humidity, and Sulfur Resistance Characteristics
【 Introduction 】 Guoju Group, a global leading manufacturer of passive components, has launched a new thin film automotive chip resistor VT series, which has characteristics of high voltage resistance, humidity resistance, sulfur resistance, high precision, and high stability. The shell size is 1206, with a resistance range of 162K Ω -1.5M Ω, narrow tolerances of ± 0.1%, ± 0.25%, ± 0.5%, and ± 1%, and low temperature characteristics (TCR) of ± 10, ± 25, ± 50 ppm/° C, with a rated power value of 1/4W.
Due to the use of precision laser cutting technology in the VT series, compared to thin film resistors on the market, it has better high voltage resistance and maintains good stability while withstanding high voltage.
The passivation layer design of the VT series forms an impermeable interface between the intermediate medium to cover the resistance of the coating, making it difficult for water vapor to penetrate from the outside. The addition of passivation layer protection enables the VT series to maintain high resistance stability in harsh environments, making it suitable for automotive electronics, telecommunications, industrial and medical equipment, measuring instruments, and power supply systems.
